Review: the balm's Stainiac in beauty queen

Photobucket
Sehr mattes, trockenes Finish. Fühlt sich leicht auf den Lippen an.

Mit Gloss:
Photobucket

Benutzten Produkte:
Photobucket
the balm's Stainiac in "beauty queen" und MAC's clear lipglass.

MAC Give Me Liberty Of London

So I really wanted the blush Dirty Plum from the Give Me Liberty Of London limited edition from MAC, but it just didn't suit me. It's a too cold shade for me and it made me look dirty. :( But now I ordered the beauty powder in Shell Pearl, so I really hope that will be good for me. To be honest, I just really want something from the collection, because I think the packaging is amazing. But I don't want to buy any lip products and the shadows weren't really my shade either.

It's a PRO colour though, so if I ever want it anyway, I can just get it.

Face of 19/04/2010

I'm REALLY into lip tints at the moment (I got another one today and two more are on their way to meee) and I've never really gotten into the whole Benetint by benefit phenomen. It tastes and smells funny in a good way (like roses) and it's not heavy on the lips or anything, but it doesn't stain my lips. And if a lip tint cannot do that, it's dead to me. Haha. No, but seriously. I will use it up, because I hate when cosmetics go to waste (reason why I don't buy as much make up as others out here). So this was on my lips yesterday:

Photobucket

About 5 coats of Benetint and a coat of Lancôme Juicy Tube in So Young.

This is what it looked like:

Photobucket

Yes, this picture is somewhat edited. But my lips are slightly cracked and that looks bad with lip tint. The gloss evens it out, but yeah. No need to expose them to the internet in their original state. But I like that picture. My lips look huge! Hahaha.

And because I wore bright red/pink lips, I decided to go for a very low-key eye make up and only wore tons of mascara and some champagne-coloured eyeshadow.

Photobucket

This is the result of an eyelash curler, three different mascaras and about a bazillion coats of product. Haha.

Oskar

Meet Oskar. Family dog and the craziest bitch you've ever seen. No, really. He is a weirdo, but we all love him a lot. He's 7 years old and has a heart problem and occasionally epileptic seizures. He hates strange men and some women, he dislikes kids and bikes. So men or kids on bikes are definitely on his shit list.

But he is handsome and cute and really, really an attention whore. He loves being petted and babied. When he doesn't get the attention he wants, he will whine and bug you repeatedly until you pet and talk to him.

Photobucket

Photobucket
He is also scared of thunderstorms and always comes into my room to hide under my desk on my lamb skin. He's a pussy.

Photobucket
He likes snow, but he hates water. When we have to wash him, he always looks like his world is ending and he won't set a paw into the bathroom.

Speaking of snow, I cannot believe I took these in January this year:

Pancakes (Yes, I watched The OC)

Meet my gorgeous bunny Pancakes. It's a dude with a girl's name, tough life. Anyway, he has been with us for over a year and he's awesome.

His fur is so ridiculously soft. He really hates our dog, though. Oskar loves Pancakes and wants to lick him, play with him and be his mom. But Pancakes is a grown-up and doesn't like to be babied. So he occasionally bites Oskar. Or when he's really pissed at the dog, Pancakes just takes the stairs and hops upstairs where Oskar won't follow him.

Take a peek...

I revived my Friis & Company bag with the broken zipper from the depths of my closet and decided to start using it again. I got it about two years ago and bought it in a local castle where garden events are hosted twice a year. You can buy high end and expensive clothing and accessoires, but you can also eat lovely food, drink lots of wine, taste different things and buy exotic water and other delicacies. My grandmother and me have only missed it once since we've started going there two years ago and it's lovely each time again.
